Trailblazers Update May 2017

Trailblazer has a new release. We have updated the design to make it responsive, added a new quick search feature, and improved the POS.

We have made quite a lot of smaller enhancements to visual layout, performance and bug fixes in this release. The improvements to the visual design will mean that Trailblazer will now work for a wider range of screen resolutions,and mobile devices. This should make the system easier to work with, and to read.

The Point of Sales system has had a complete overhaul, and has been greatly improved. We would like to hear more from our clients on features they would like added to the POS. So, please email us, and let us know at info@redbrooktech.com

As requested by several clients, we have added a quick search facility that searches for Order Id, Phone number and Serial Number. Click on 'Quick Search', under the menu when you log in, and enter a search phrase in the box in the popup search screen. This search will search for part, or exact match on Serial numbers or Phone numbers. This search feature is very responsive, and you should get results from your search in a fraction of a second - depending on your server and network performance.
